I'm almost sure that was something when lives moved files from home to the new working directory, but anyway, the folders I mentioned (plus other ones) just dissapeared. Maybe has something to do with continuous crashes and restartings when trying the script functionability? I don't find another reason.
Anyway, I've managed to improve the script in order to avoid opening multiple instances, so let's see what happens from now on. Thanks! 2016-11-19 22:44 GMT+01:00 salsaman <salsa...@gmail.com>: > Hi Javi, > it shouldnt matter generally running multiple instances, but if you change > the working directory then you should only have only one instance open as > LiVES will start copying the files across to the new directory. > > If you just want to change the working directory temporarily you can start > LiVES with lives -tmpdir <temp_working_directory>. > > > Do you think this is what caused the problem ? > > > Regards, > Gabriel. > > > > > http://lives-video.com > https://www.openhub.net/accounts/salsaman > > On Sat, Nov 19, 2016 at 5:38 PM, Javier Galán <jgalanr...@gmail.com> > wrote: > >> I've to say for give a better context that i'm runing lives from a script >> which watches the lives PID and relaunch the program when crashes, by error >> the script relaunched several instances so then I lost lives settings, >> theme configuration and the files.
