There is precedent for an arch specific program file in 
`lldb/test/API/functionalities/postmortem/elf-core/linux-aarch64-neon.c`. This 
uses inline assembly to set the register values, so you can set them to some 
logical pattern as you did here.

The file will likely come out much larger than patching in a note but the 
priority is being able to regenerate it.
