`{{[[]}}` is a regex `[[]` and that could be written as a non-regex `[`.

What am I missing here that needs the regex? Is `[` special to FileCheck? You 
have `[options]` there, and that didn't need a regex. Only certain combinations 
of `[...]` are special?
