We have noticed on a number of occasions now that while Claude is pretty good at finding this sort of bug, it writes terrible comments, so as you are reviewing patches for submission that's an area to review with more skepticism. Fix the comments as suggested and this is good to go. Also, the level of detail in the PR submission is okay as a "preparation for reviewers" but is over-verbose for change logs.
