I took a step back and looked at DWARFAbbreviationDeclaration and DWARFAttribute in more detail and I've decided I'm going to take this in a slightly different direction. I don't want to repurpose this diff because I'm making a different design decision, but I don't want people here to lose context so I'm going to link this review in the other one.
