[lldb-dev] Updates on the windows branch

I just updated the Windows branch; It includes my changes for the locking as mentioned in my previous mail. It works very well now except for the driver.
I've undid the existing changes in the driver code (it wasn't working and made merging very painful), this part doesn't compile, but everything up till and including liblldb (.dll) does AND works.
