It seems that problem was introduced by the following commit on 28th. 3303370cd028ecb3c57820e2e994f3d3099c0607 [CMake] Enhance llvm_update_compile_flags(name sources) to handle LLVM_REQUIRES_EH and LLVM_REQUIRES_RTTI.
