Hi All, I am trying to build lldb core and driver using cross mingw tools. I will be upstreaming changes that I needed to make it happen. Here is the first in the list. It is related to using lower case letters in file name. Please note that our internal windows.h is lower case and the standard windows headers windows.h and ws2tcpip.h are also lower case in mingw. On native windows build, the case will not matter.
