It looks like this is broken after r204682: JITed functions can now have debug
info and be debugged with debug and source info
IRInterpreter doesn't handle the debug data. Failure is:
Unsupported instruction: call void @llvm.dbg.declare(metadata !{i8**
%"$__lldb_arg.addr"}, metadata !24), !dbg !25
