Most likely. My make skills are pretty non-existant, but I don't see
anything that looks like it would have created a dependency between the
swig input file and running the generation script. All I see is this:

If you want to force a clean, then on the web interface for the builder,
there will be boxes that say Property 1, Property 2, Property 3, etc. For
Property 1 use set the property name to *clean* and the value to *True*
