Screen recording demonstrating the issue.
If I launch lldb, then change the width of the terminal during the session,
line editing no longer works properly (the cursor lands in the wrong place
after edits, and lines above the current one may be overwritten). Also, gui
mode continues to launch with the old size for the life of the session.

version: lldb-360.1.65 (shipped with macOS 10.12.1, I'm not sure what this maps
to in lldb's versioning scheme)
