I'd rather keep one list and enable the use of mailman's topic filters
to permit users to optionally filter the topics they are interested in.

Subject: [ltk-d] LTK Java mailing list?

We are just starting the testing of the LTK Java software based on
llrpdef.xml and we are likely to generate some Java implementation
specific traffic on the llrp-toolkit-devel mailing list. Is anyone
opposed to the idea of creating a llrp-toolkit-java-devel mailing list?

We would make sure that any non-Java issues are discussed on the
llrp-toolkit-devel list.
