Gordon has started building a packet library in LTK/Tests. It's a great
feature, as he can automatically test his parsing libraries within his
makefile. I tried to capture his method on the Wiki at
LTK TestWrapper Design

Some small changes were made to make file comparisons easier. Please
review. I think it would be great to have this automated testing in the
build process for all the libraries.
