Numerous cleanup bugs (search tracker for comments with 1.0.0.8)
LTKDEF
1) Modified the definition files to allow custom extension in opSpec and opSpec
Result lists
2) Make corresponding changes to the schema file to allow these extensions
3) change llrp-def.xsd to allow basic types for vendor extensions that were not
available
LTKC/LTKCPP
1) Added support for LTK-XML decoding via the XMLTextDecoder class. This
requires libxml2
which is included with the distribution for linux platforms.
LTKNET
1) Fixed bugs parsing XML with whitespace
2) re-implemented transactions so multiple transactions can be outstanding at
one time
3) Added a thread to make the event and report callbacks to the application
code. This
ensure that the reports and events are delivered in order and that no
deadlocks can occur
with the application code
