When VPWidenIntrinsicRecipe was changed to inhert from VPRecipeWithIRFlags, VPRecipeWithIRFlags::classof wasn't updated accordingly. Also check for VPWidenIntrinsicSC in VPRecipeWithIRFlags::classof.
