When processing BOLTed binaries with BAT section, we used to indiscriminately use `BAT->getFallthroughsInTrace` to record fall-throughs, even if the function is not covered by BAT. Fix that by using non-BAT CFG-based `getFallthroughsInTrace` if the function is not in BAT.
