Given this runs quickly and doesn't need any special handling around `CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX`, I think we can probably drop the `MLIR_RUN_STANDALONE_INSTALL_TEST` CMake option and associated `run-standalone-install-test` lit option to cut down a bit on complexity.
