working example

I use clang 3.7.0 on Arch Linux.
The attached source file provokes the following behavious in clang:

First it complains about the undeclared identifier j. (That is indeed an error)
Then it crashes.

Note that this crash does *not* occur:
- if the std::function-type is replaced by auto.
- if the error is fixed, i.e. j is replaced by i.
