Reproducer from /tmp

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download bart-v0.3.00.zip
https://zenodo.org/record/44511
2. unzip
3. make with Clang 3.8 to 4.0(trunk 283963)

Expect Result:
Compile without error like gcc

Actual Result:

clang-4.0: error: unable to execute command: Segmentation fault (core dumped)
clang-4.0: error: clang frontend command failed due to signal (use -v to see
invocation)
clang version 4.0.0 (trunk 283963)
Target: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
