Commit r298799 broke MachineBranchProb.ll on some, but not all ARM/AArch64 bots
(ex. with LLD still passes), so keeping XFAIL or removing it would break at
least some configuration.
So, I marked as UNSUPPORTED in r298887 and created this bug, so we can
understand what the problem is without keeping the bots red for a few more
days.
