vm faults
After r317038 0ce6825d9e1f47ac02df01eaa2bf1f6489b9c2bc "AMDGPU: Select
s_buffer_load_dword with a non-constant SGPR offset" loading a level in DOOM
running on radv produces VM faults followed by a GPU hang.
Running mesa git on
AMD Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics (POLARIS10 / DRM 3.19.0 / 4.14.1+, LLVM 6.0.0)
