My organization (and others that I've worked for) use .cc and .hh suffixes for
C++ sources. The "hh" suffix is missing from the definition of
default_extensions in git-clang-format at
https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk/tools/clang-format/git-clang-format
Please add an "hh" extension.
