There are apt repos for LLVM project:
* https://apt.llvm.org/
Currently they only provide packages for i386 and amd64:
* http://apt.llvm.org/stretch/dists/llvm-toolchain-stretch-6.0/main/
There are also pre-built binaries for arm64 (aarch64):
* http://releases.llvm.org/6.0.0/clang+llvm-6.0.0-aarch64-linux-gnu.tar.xz
I propose to provide arm64 apt packages too.
