clang-format < clang-format.crash results in a segfault.
clang-format crashes on a file with bad UTF codepoints. The crash itself seems
to be inside the libclang SourceManager however, which is a little weird. I've
submitted against the Formatter, but it might be a libclang SourceManager bug
too.
