Please could you merge r338841 into the 7.0 branch: it's a follow-up to the
bugfix in r338216, but happened during the 7.0 branch and didn’t make it in.
Without r338841 certain Windows test configurations will fail, as reported in
the comments on https://reviews.llvm.org/D49860
