The libomp5-8 and libomp5-7 are not co-installable.
If libomp5-8 is installed, then there is openmp support in clang-8,
but not in clang-7. I suspect the opposite is true, too.
It is because libomp is installed in clang-8 specific directory,
so linking fails.
