Bug ID: 39848
Summary: clang-cl crashing constantly when compiling Mozilla
code
Product: clang
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows XP
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P
Component: -New Bugs

Sorry, I'm new here. As you know, Mozilla is using clang-cl to compile Firefox
and Thunderbird on Windows. They've switched from MSVC a few months ago.
clang-cl is much faster than MSVC so I've tolerated the occasional compiler
crash that goes away when you compile again.
Last night I update my development environment (mach bootstrap) and that pulled
in some new LLVM version, I believe. Since then, clang-cl is crashing
constantly, so bad that I switched back to MSVC (since after all, I need to
work on code).
Here are the dump files and related sources: https://we.tl/t-KuzTJobRc8
I'm happy to set up a second machine to see whether it crashes there too, but
the development box is back to MSVC for now.
