The following test appears to have been rendered dead due to r349968:
test/DebugInfo/llvm-symbolizer-split-dwarf-empty.test
NB: The above is likely shortly going to be renamed
test/DebugInfo/symbolize-split-dwarf-empty.test
I think the behaviour under test is still important, if I understand the
original motivation correctly, so it should be replaced somehow. Possibly a
unit test would be a better approach here.
