https://polly.llvm.org/get_started.html, https://openmp.llvm.org/, … contained
information how after downloading the tar.gz files, how to create an
environment with symlinks, which could be compiled with cmake. This
instructions are now gone, so it unclear how to compile clang+llvm, after one
downloads the tarballs.
