I went and downloaded that specific build of clang from chromium at this URL:
https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-clang/Win/clang-354873-1.tgz
... and the problem didn't reproduce.
I would recommend using a more recent version of clang and seeing if the
problem goes away.
