Homebrew still uses GNU Make for compilation of llvm formula, because it was
discovered in a PR to switch to Ninja[0], that Ninja build results in much
larger binaries.
Some stats:
>compress Mojave bottle tarball: was 868.1MB, is 2.2GB
>decompressed Mojave bottle cellar: was 2.8GB, is 8.8GB
