clangd-8 and clangd-9 packages exist and work well. It's useful that the
packages are versioned like this (e.g. so they can depend on the corresponding
built-in headers)
However it'd be useful if 'apt install clangd' provided the distro-recommended
version, as it does for clang, clang-tools, etc.
For this I think we need a 'clangd' package with no contents, where version 8
depends on clangd-8 etc.
