Bug 43278 has just been reported for llvm-reduce against "tools > support
scripts" presumably in lieu of anywhere more appropriate to file it against.
Considering that other components such as bugpoint also have their own
components it might make sense to add an llvm-reduce component too. AFAICT the
original author/maintainer of llvm-reduce doesn't have a bugzilla account (I've
alerted them to the presence of the above bug), so it may be worth holding off
on this until we can find some willing default CCs, but I'm filing this now
before it gets forgotten.
