https://reviews.llvm.org/D63973 is an improvement to the MachineVerifier that
has discovered some existing tests to contain malformed operands.
These test fail without expensive checks with the improved verifier:
expand-condsets-phys-reg.mir
sdr-global.mir
This test fails with expensive checks enabled as well:
vasrh.select.ll
