is causing assertion failures for us when building the Linux kernel with PGO.
Since it doesn't seem like we'll be able to fix-forward quickly, as per
https://llvm.org/docs/DeveloperPolicy.html#patch-reversion-policy I'd like to
request that we revert 54b64572407c8305c7bb8cc20c46a5e0c66b2979, cherry-pick
the revert to release/12.x, then revisit re-enabling this once
https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50440 is resolved.
