I've been encountering this build fail and same errors for a couple days now.
As of the most recent LLVM master commit
(https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/0425332015f479a89226c684c33659aa9cfff4b5),
build will fail on my Gentoo machine. Logs attached.
