Hi Tom,
Could you please cherry-pick d4ce9e463d51 into the llvm-13 release branch. This
is a fix for malformed DWARF generation, solved by reverting to old
(pre-llvm-11) behaviour. It's been on main for a day with no difficulties so
far, I'm not expecting any problems as it's a revert.
