I'd like to propose three additional Discourse subcategories:
1) Debug Information (DWARF etc, plus IR level)
* I'm not sure where this should go. Maybe Code Generation?
2) LLVM tools (i.e. things like llvm-ar, llvm-readobj, yaml2obj)
* I can't see any obvious top-level category for this to go under, since they aren't separate projects.
3) Testing infrastructure (lit, FileCheck etc)
* Probably a subcategory of "Project Infrastructure"
