Reproduce with:
build-all-builtins/bin/clang -finline-hint-functions -std=c99 -fsanitize=undefined -O2 'vla_sum_1.c' -o 'vla_sum_1.out'
./vla_sum_1.out
This results in:
UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer:DEADLYSIGNAL
