symbols mentioned in http://go/cppref/cpp/numeric/math/abs has multiple headers, hence they're not part of the generator output.
we should add all of these into [special symbol mapping](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/main/clang/lib/Tooling/Inclusions/Stdlib/StdSpecialSymbolMap.inc), with the c-compatibility versions.
