Multiple errors while building LLVM with Visual Studio 2022

I was following [this tutorial](https://llvm.org/docs/GettingStartedVS.html) to build clang with Visual Studio, but the produced solution (LLVM.sln) produces thousand errors and warnings while building.
All the errors are similar. (**LNK2038**)
