### Why are you requesting commit access ?
I'd like to help with the AVR backend more - I've been submitting patches for quite a while now (e.g. https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/106722, https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/118015, https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/85277, a couple more back in the Phabricator times), I'm also trying to push AVR more within rustc (https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/131651) where having commit access would come handy, especially for doing backports.
If providing a backing-person helps, I think @benshi001 could speak in my favor!
