### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I work at Google with my main projects consisting of Clang/LLVM features increasing security for the Linux Kernel. @kees can vouch for my employment.
So far, towards the goal above, I've contributed (I have other PRs too, they just weren't merged):

Two PRs recently touched code that I authored: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/142006 and https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/142027. I could not leave "Approved" status on these even though I could verify the changes as good because they modified a code pattern I helped contribute.
