He is a college of mine, strong contributor, with a [solid track record](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commits?author=necto) of high quality patches including solutions to difficult problems.
He contributed the first commit in 2022, demonstrating persistence in the Clang Static Analyzer community ever since.
