### Why are you requesting commit access ?
I work in the ASIP team inside Synopsys on a [downstream compiler](https://www.synopsys.com/designware-ip/processor-solutions/asips-tools/asip-newsletters/asip-eupdate-april-2020.html) based on clang/LLVM. We also use clangd/libcxx/...
I regularly contribute some of our fixes and improvements here, often in the area of alias analysis.
