It appears no new builds of the LLVM main branch have been published to `apt.llvm.org` for over a week (since Oct 15).
Examples:
* [Noble](https://apt.llvm.org/noble/dists/llvm-toolchain-noble/main/binary-amd64/)
* [Jammy](https://apt.llvm.org/jammy/dists/llvm-toolchain-jammy/main/binary-amd64/)
* [Plucky](https://apt.llvm.org/plucky/dists/llvm-toolchain-plucky/main/binary-amd64/)
A similar problem was previously reported on Aug 27 in #155585 and subsequently fixed by @sylvestre around Sept 15.
There appear to still be builds advancing on the LLVM 21 branch (eg. [llvm-toolchain-jammy-21/](https://apt.llvm.org/jammy/dists/llvm-toolchain-jammy-21/main/binary-amd64/), but not the LLVM main branch. Is that deliberate?
