Hi to be 100% honest I have no idea if this is actually your bug or not I asked for support at the Azul project and they told me to come here.

If you ask me to give a more detailed explanation I not sure I'll be able to I barely know what these projects are but I will try my best. i am just trying to get a funny shaderpack working for a funny MC modpack.
