### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I plan to work on different parts of libc (see [this](https://discourse.llvm.org/t/what-would-it-take-to-get-llvm-libc-to-work-on-macos-like-it-does-on-linux-and-is-there-interest-to-make-it-happen/88524/6?u=bojle) for example) which would result in a lot of small PRs. Being able to commit changes after approval would ease the load on the reviewers (who merge on my behalf right now).
