Go back to `clang 15.0.0 (assertions)`. And this issue is specifically reproducible when using -std=c2x.
Compiler crashes with an assertion failure in `SemaDecl.cpp` when a function is declared using `__typeof` combined with an `__asm__` label and a `noreturn` attribute.
