Go back to `clang 10.0.0 (assertions)`.
The function `getBaseAlignment` expects a stable pointer base. While the input is a temporary result of a new operator being cast and dereferenced, the evaluator enters an unexpected state where it expects a `type_info` object but finds something else, triggering the assert.
